This (last) week we had a couple of meetings to update BIG CIC Purpose and Vision. These sessions generated a lot more besides - I can see people keen to do stuff - so lets create some groups and crack on.

We want the public to benefit from the BIG Bok (including ourselves), and we want the BIG Bok improved to benefit more. That will not happen by itself, or if I try to do it on my own.

Agenda:

Approve Purpose and Vision (I believe this has been ok’d by most already).

Discuss high level success measures (see the discussion thread here - https://big-exams.logicalmodel.net/flarum/public/d/24-big-goals)

Finalise Workstreams, Q&A

Discuss “what’s in it for me”

Initiate teams (hopefully)

…what we’ve identified in this Goals And Visions defacto work-stream suggest there’s room for tweak in both directions

We’ve talked a (top level or key) measure will be Number Of Organisations or Implementations Influenced/ Inspired by BIG.
Implementations, while not dependant on Number Of Qualified Individuals is dependant on Number of Knowledgeable Individuals and could have a correlation with exam passes which will benefit the objective for revenue streams.
