The BIG-CIC.org.uk is a community interest company that has developed a body of knowledge for Business Integrated Governance (BIG). To us, BIG is how organisations orchestrate themselves to achieve change, performance, and value stream objectives.
We apply BIG to strategic and tactical business challenges — from aligning purpose, strategy, and delivery to establishing cross-functional accountability in change initiatives.
BIG is designed for:
✔️ Strategic leaders seeking true integration across their organisations
✔️ Change and improvement professionals who rely on integration to succeed
Our mission is to develop and share BIG. The upcoming conference is an opportunity to grow our community, share knowledge, and inspire others to leverage integrated governance as a systematic approach to improving strategy delivery — and everything that enables it.
We are looking for professional partners to:
