We went through the to do list- and several in the call agreed to support the activity 😊
Highlights:
We have several who have agreed to support and participate in the Professional Exam piloting – others are welcome to the pilot – need to let me know.
For Commercial Partner Outreach – I have asked if there are potential Commercial Partners that our group knows and could connect with. We have content and an agreement framework to offer – with the proposed approach being to share about BIG, hemp the partner identify how they could leverage it, support publicity which helps the partner taste test it with their community.
For data protection reasons – I am happy to share the list with people who can help on this.

For Professional Partner Outreach – I have asked if there are potential Professional Body Partners and LinkedIn Groups that our group knows and could connect with. I have listed The Professional Partners identified so far – who else is there and who can you connect with? I have also listed the LinkedIn groups we think are relevant. Again - who else is there and who can you connect / have you connected with?
Conference – there is a group of us that will define / cope this – please let me know if you want to join in?
Case Example Collection -we discussed this as broader than case example – but all examples, papers, presentations that support BIG. This needs a curator….
Business Support Update – we have a core group – would anyone else want to play?
Free vs Fee discussion - I have proposed Full membership - which gives access to premium documents - no comments on this yet, I’ve suggested what is free and what is fee. I’ll close this for input this week and go with the de-facto approach unless there is feedback
Merchandising – I am sooo looking forwards to v1 – thankyou Veronica and Alex. Would anyone else like to support this stream?
Online Readiness Model – the Excel Version is here - BIG Engagement Playbook. A suggestion is that those looking to do the professional exam present one of these they have completed. The online demonstrator Chris has done is here - my.sharpcloud.com/storage/9006233e-9767-4333-a71b-febbe57e2f76?story=5025d990-9f94-44f1-ae4b-023ea482757c – this is just the first level. It is suggested that the Fuller version of this is available to FULL MEMBERS only – or via Chris as a Commercial Partner.
