I’m starting to bring the contents together This is what I have so far:

- The Purpose and Vision are solidifying.
- The Candidate workloads are getting there - but this needs a quick review.
I plan to share this with The Membership and LinkedIn Group as a draft for feedback.
I will set up a meeting for next week - which will approve a final version (so please feedback / chat before then / come to the meeting)
Th challenge is then to form some groups to progress these things….
IMO each group needs a lead, and a little group of people to be involved - bearing in mind some will come and go - and in fact there are no borders on involvement.
I think the leads will form our “management team”.
I will cast the net in a membership email and a post on our website.
