Yesterday, we spent a lot of time talking about simple tag lines for BIG. IMO this needs to be captured and developed
We spoke at length about needing some high-level messaging about BIG for people to just use.
I think we need to discuss a marketing approach for BIG – which is separate from any marketing that Partners may use to sell their wares around BIG
We have to think about who we are talking to, and understand their pains / expectations
We can then draw people into the concept through empathy in their situation
If we can understand and can empathise, we may get the chance to explain
We need to explain so we put it from their perspective
I captured some comments from yesterday – maybe folks can pick up ideas and we can develop a list?
